Previous experience working with children in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting IS REQUIRED . Patience, compassion, and a strong desire to work with young children. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities. Ability to lift and carry small children as needed. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
