About the role: We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and engage with our audience. Your role will involve managing our social media platforms, creating compelling content, and analyzing data to optimize performance. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals - Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) - Create engaging content including text, image, and video posts - Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency - Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics - Respond to comments and customer inquiries in a timely manner - Stay informed about best practices in social media marketing Skills: To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of various social media platforms and be able to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Marketing & Multimedia Specialist (Bilingual Russian)

The Role We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing & Multimedia Specialist who enjoys hands-on execution, ownership, and working across content, visuals, and marketing operations. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and collaborate with internal teams (engineering, construction, sales) as well as external vendors. The overall strategy and brand direction are defined at the leadership level; your role is to translate that vision into consistent, high-quality marketing materials, visual assets, and digital communications. This role is ideal for someone who is creative but structured, communicative yet independent, and ready to grow within B2B marketing in an industrial / technical environment. What You Will Do Digital Marketing, Content & Email Create, adapt, and manage content for the website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, presentations, and commercial materials Execute and support email marketing campaigns, including content preparation, layouts, and coordination Work with marketing content calendars and support campaign execution Track basic performance metrics and prepare reports Multimedia & Visual Production Create video content using existing footage (editing, assembly, basic motion, and final delivery) Coordinate photography and video production for projects, construction sites, and industry events Work with designers, videographers, and other creative vendors Maintain organized asset libraries, version control, and visual standards Marketing Materials & Print Design and prepare marketing materials for print (brochures, one-pagers, presentations, banners, signage) Ensure files are print-ready and aligned with brand and technical requirements Events & Vendor Coordination Support organization of trade shows, site visits, and industry events Coordinate vendors, logistics, and marketing Marketing Operations & Data materials Work with tables and spreadsheets to organize marketing data, contacts, budgets, and project tracking Maintain marketing databases Support internal coordination of marketing projects and timelines What We Are Looking For 1-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, multimedia, or content roles Experience in B2B marketing (industrial, real estate, construction, engineering, or related fields preferred) Experience with video editing using existing Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools Experience preparing print-ready marketing Strong execution skills across digital content and email marketing Understanding of branding principles and visual consistency Ability to work with technical or complex information and present it clearly Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines Advanced English required; Russian is a plus Nice to Have Advanced video editing and production skills; familiarity with tools like CapCut, Final Cut Pro X, Motion Array, Adobe Suite Tools – Photoshop, Davinci, Canva Experience supporting web, paid, and organic social teams with creative assets Ability to work quickly without losing detail or polish Experience with industrial or commercial real estate projects Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking Experience supporting sales teams and client-facing What We Offer Salary up to $70,000 depending on experience, Health insurance, PTO and paid holidays, Office located on Wall Street, Opportunity to grow within a structured and expanding B2B organization Application Process Candidates will be asked to complete a short practical assignment.
