An accidental accident changes the life of taxi driver John Smith forever and sets off a series of the most unexpected and absurd situations.
An ordinary taxi driver turns out to be not so simple after all. He has two houses and two wives, Mary and Barbara, who do not even know about each other's existence. John comes to one after the day shift, to the other after the night. He lives according to a clear schedule, which he never violated before the accident. Having left the hospital and finding himself at home in the arms of Mary, John suddenly realizes that he has lost his schedule and should be with Barbara at this time. This makes the main character horrified. John is trying to correct the mistake, but with every minute the situation becomes more and more confusing, misunderstandings, absurdities and lies are superimposed on each other, besides, the police, reporters, and neighbors have already intervened in the matter... The lies multiply, bringing the comical situation to its limit.
