Used a moving Company who posted all over rusrek.com. The typical charge $ 70 an hour for 3 men and truck. Called the number on the moving ad - 631 612-1329 spoke with a man called Gennady, he was very professional and very nice over the phone setting up the move. Specifically told that the charge was $ 70 an hour only starting when they arrived till when they finished, NO OTHER CHARGEs. Movers arrived right around the time they said. Three Russian men who spoke very little English showed up. Forman Alik said it was still the $ 70 an hour, once loaded he wanted a $ 200 deposit which was a little odd. When we arrived at the new place he started to demand extra money for gas, travel time! They wouldn't unload until we paid more cash $ 420. The two of them then unloaded as we started to move things into our apartment. Then they unloaded all of our furniture onto the curb and they drove away !!! They stole the baby cloth, tools box, baby seat, vacuum cleaner, jewelry box. They are scammers and crooks.
