The Clerk is responsible for promptly responding to customer requests and providing a caring interaction with all guests at their assigned location. The employee works closely with other team members, the Operations Manager and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure quality and safety standards are met at all times, as well as compliance with state and local laws. Key Responsibilities Mobilize and coordinate the entire valet process by obtaining keys, returning vehicles to waiting guests, loading guest vehicles and issuing tickets and/or using electronic devices to enter customer information. Promote customer success, happiness, and retention by building relationships with customers, responding to customer inquiries, and providing guidance on additions. Act as a prompt and courteous brand ambassador for the company by interacting with guests, opening and unloading guest vehicle doors.
