On March 25 at 14:40 on Avenue O between East 12th and East 13th in Brooklyn (in front of NYL William O'Connor Midwood School), an elderly man was run over on an electric unicycle. We are looking for everyone who has information about the driver who stopped, spoke to a Russian-speaking man and left. The downed driver is not in danger, we just need to find him.
