On March 25 at 14:40 on Avenue O between East 12th and East 13th in Brooklyn (in front of NYL William O'Connor Midwood School), an elderly man was run over on an electric unicycle. We are looking for everyone who has information about the driver who stopped, spoke to a Russian-speaking man and left. The downed driver is not in danger, we just need to find him. An older man was hit by a car while on the uniwheel on Avenue O, between East 12th and East 13th in Brooklyn on March 25th at 2:40 pm. We are looking for anyone with any information about the driver who stopped, spoke with the Russian-speaking man and then left; so the driver is not in trouble, we just need to find him.
