!!!! ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER / JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED!!!!

Assistant Project Manager required for GC company in Brooklyn, NY (Coney Island area). Work experience, knowledge of Russian and English languages is required! Understanding of construction drawings is a must! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Perform take offs, create and issue bid packages, and maintain the bid list - Assist the Project Manager by compiling all the information required to make award recommendations. - Work with the estimating and project team to buyout the Construction Trades. - Review and comment on scopes and bid proposals - Prepare and manage Letters of Recommendation and Letters of Intent - Generate, review, and manage logs for all RFI's, Submittals, and Change Orders - Manage all other pertinent logs such as long lead, insurance, permits, inspections, etc. - Work with the PM to compose and issue meeting minutes for sub, OAC, field meetings. - Obtain and analyze proposals from subcontractors for potential changes and change orders - Coordinate RFI's and Submittals with field superintendents and trade subcontractors Please call Danny for details 718-710-6655
