Married couple (no kids or pets, non-smokers, working) will rent a 1-bedroom or studio with a bedroom for a year or more (by agreement) near the metro. Can be in a private house (not Basemont). Neighborhoods are preferably Sheepshead Bay, Brighton, Coney Island.
