Powerful Relaxation My massage sessions are designed to provide deep healing and powerful release – whether it’s muscular tension, stress or blocked energy. You’ll feel lighter, more open and completely renewed. In the context of massage, “powerful relaxation” usually means a deep release of tension – both physical and emotional. This means that during or after the massage, the client experiences: • Release from chronic tension or pain • Improved circulation and energy flow • Emotional relaxation or even tears/laughter as stress is released • A feeling of ease, freedom, openness Sometimes this may include neuromuscular release (finally letting go of a knot) or energetic clearing, especially in more holistic or integrative styles of bodywork
