Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all maintenance aspects of a portfolio of properties Complete all resident and site work orders of apartment maintenance as directed Schedule and oversee third-party trade partners, ensuring the safety, quality, and cleanliness of work performed Maintenance duties of our properties may include but are not limited to: Light plumbing work (clogged toilet or bathtub, small leak, etc.) Furniture assembly (plus minor repairs) Painting (touch-up) Interior maintenance Light electrical work Appliance evaluation and repair Other aesthetic work as needed Help suggest improvements Conduct regular inspections of houses to ensure proper operation Requirements: 1+ year of maintenance experience Flexibility with work schedule - this is not a typical 9-5 job. There will be times when on-call status may be required. You must be available to provide and maintain a flexible schedule. Ability to work with some basic tools, as well as specialist power tools. Having your tools is desirable Ability to represent yourself in a professional manner with Residents and team members Ability to work independently and utilize technology to communicate with the team A car will be an additional plus and will be compensated on top of the salary.
