Speech development and support specialist for bilingual children

Why does a child's Russian in the US start to simplify by 8-10 years of age—and what to do about it? Many parents notice a worrying development: Their child speaks English fluently and excels at school, but their Russian gradually becomes "short." Phrases become simpler. Complex constructions disappear. Vocabulary shrinks. Language mixing occurs. This isn't laziness or a lack of ability. It's a natural neurolinguistic process: the brain optimizes its system for the language of the environment. If the academic load is entirely in English, it becomes the "language of thought," while Russian becomes the everyday language. Over time, this can lead to: - a loss of depth of wording - a decline in written literacy - difficulty expressing complex thoughts in Russian - an inner feeling, "I can't speak Russian as well." Bilingualism is a huge advantage. But it requires systematic support. I work with bilingual children living in the US and Europe. My goal is to maintain structured, literate, and intellectually developed Russian speech. In my work, I combine: • development of complex syntax • vocabulary expansion • speech breathing and articulation • psychological methods for building confidence • work with stuttering (if necessary) This is not a “conversation practice” format. This is the formation of a stable linguistic personality in a bilingual environment. Classes are held online, individually. Miracle Kids Club

We invite children aged 2 to 7 years to the new children's early development club, which is located in the center of Midwood, Brooklyn, NY. Our main task is to help children become harmonious and developed individuals. We don't study, we communicate and Play!!! In a playful and accessible form for children, we conduct individual and group complex classes that include the development of all five basic senses, as well as: the development of speech, memory, hearing and voice; development of smell, touch (through the development of fine motor skills). We develop logical and subsequently algorithmic thinking in children, mastering the skills of counting objects, grouping objects, etc. We give the basics of musical notation, orientation in space and time. The lesson includes elements of the so-called socialization of the child: acquaintance with the surrounding world, nature, hometown, holidays and, naturally, all this is reflected in collective and individual projects, without which not a single lesson takes place. In our work we use all modern methods and techniques for working with children, and also develop all the sensory and even extrasensory abilities of your children.
