Business Development Manager/Location Partnerships
We are seeking a proactive and confident Business Development Manager to develop a network of digital signage platforms in New York City. This role encompasses full-cycle location management, including sourcing and evaluating suitable properties, on-site meetings, negotiations with owners and managers, and transaction support up to and including contract signing. We require someone fluent in English, with strong communication and negotiation skills, prepared for active fieldwork and the ability to independently manage multiple processes simultaneously. Experience in real estate, business development, or outdoor media would be an asset. Success in this role requires consistently attracting high-quality locations, effectively closing deals, and building strong partnerships.
GoStockUp is an online grocery store specializing in Eastern European and Central Asian products. We offer local delivery in New York City and ship orders throughout the United States. We are also preparing to open a physical store. We are seeking a responsible sales floor associate/cashier to work the floor, assist customers, and support daily store operations.
