Part-time job, need a super assistant. Two buildings in the 351 Broadway area of Brooklyn. Maintaining the buildings clean and tidy, taking out trash, evening work three times a week for 3-4 hours on one building and 2-3 hours on the other. Pay in cash.

We have an open position for technicians cleaning heating (Fireplace/Chimney), ventilation (Air Duct), and carpet systems. No experience is required; paid training is provided during the first week. A vehicle will be provided for work; therefore, a Driver's License is required. We DO NOT HIRING WITHOUT ENGLISH LANGUAGE! The work schedule is 6 days a week.
