Apartment care assistant needed (part-time job)

I am looking for a responsible, neat and efficient assistant for long-term cooperation.

Responsibilities:

• Weekly inspection of apartments.
• Light cleaning of common areas (kitchen, bathroom, hallway).
• Maintaining cleanliness and comfort.
• If necessary, preparing the room for occupancy (approximately once a month).
• Sometimes - general cleaning of common areas (takes several hours and is paid hourly).

Conditions:

• 5–6 objects.
• Work at each site - up to 1 hour, 1 time per week.
• Pay: $25/hour .
• Travel on public transport is paid.
• Having a car will be an advantage.
• Opportunity to earn extra income by renting out rooms and apartments (commission).
• Payment is made via Zelle .
• You can start working immediately.
