Position - Superintendent's assistant, Porter. Working location: 3025 Ocean Ave Brooklyn, NY 11235 Salary: $16.5/hr. Schedule: Mon (7pm-9pm) Thur (7pm-9pm), Sat (8am-5pm, 1 hr lunch), Sun (8am-5pm, 1 hr lunch), Preferably bilingual (English/Russian), Duties include: Sat/ Sun: Empty garbage compactor (twice a day) Empty recycling bins on 6 floors (twice a day) Wash floors (2 per day) Clean up lobby, back yard, front, common areas Respond to building emergencies as needed, including call management, board, etc. Mon, Thur: Take garbage and recycling bags from compactor to side of the road for pickup. We have an opening for technicians cleaning heating (Fireplace/Chimney), ventilation (Air Duct), and carpet systems. No experience is required; we provide paid training during the first week. A vehicle will be provided for work; therefore, a Driver's License is required. We DO NOT HIRING WITHOUT ENGLISH LANGUAGE! The work schedule is 6 days a week. Duties include cleaning air ducts, dryers, and chimneys, as well as cleaning carpets and upholstery. All necessary equipment is provided. Salary is paid at the end of each week. Starting salary starts at $1,500 per week. A valid US driver's license and customer service skills are required. A B1 or higher English proficiency is required.
