Assistant Superintendent Job

Position - Superintendent's assistant, Porter. Working location: 3025 Ocean Ave Brooklyn, NY 11235 Salary: $16.5/hr. Schedule: Mon (7pm-9pm) Thur (7pm-9pm), Sat (8am-5pm, 1 hr lunch), Sun (8am-5pm, 1 hr lunch), Preferably bilingual (English/Russian), Duties include: Sat/ Sun: Empty garbage compactor (twice a day) Empty recycling bins on 6 floors (twice a day) Wash floors (2 per day) Clean up lobby, back yard, front, common areas Respond to building emergencies as needed, including call management, board, etc. Mon, Thur: Take garbage and recycling bags from compactor to side of the road for pickup. We have an open position for technicians cleaning heating (Fireplace/Chimney), ventilation (Air Duct), and carpet systems. No experience is required, and we provide paid training during the first week. A vehicle will be provided for work; therefore, a driver's license is required. We DO NOT HIRING WITHOUT ENGLISH LANGUAGE! The work schedule is 6 days a week. Duties include cleaning air ducts, dryers, chimneys, and carpet and upholstery cleaning. All necessary equipment is provided. Salary is paid at the end of each week. Starting salary starts at $1,500 per week. A valid US driver's license and customer service skills are required, as is a B1 or higher English proficiency. Sales experience is a plus, as it will positively impact your salary.
