Position - Superintendent's assistant Porter. Working location: 3025 Ocean Ave Brooklyn, NY 11235 Salary: $16.5/hr. Schedule: Mon (7pm-9pm) Thur (7pm-9pm), Sat (8am-5pm, 1 hr lunch), Sun (8am-5pm, 1 hr lunch), Preferably bilingual (English/Russian), Duties include: Sat/ Sun: Empty garbage compactor (twice a day) Empty recycling bins on 6 floors (twice a day) Wash floors (2 per day) Clean up lobby, back yard, front, common areas Respond to building emergencies as needed, including call management, board, etc. Mon, Thur: Take garbage and recycling bags from compactor to side of the road for garbage pickup.
