The climate of the region is moderate continental. Logistically, the city of Yekaterinburg is located at the intersection of major trunk routes connecting Perm in the west, Tyumen in the east and Chelyabinsk in the south. The population of Yekaterinburg is 1,500,000 people; the population of the Yekaterinburg agglomeration is more than 2,300,000 people. The largest number of cities with a population of over one million is in the Ural economic region. A megalopolis is formed along the Yekaterinburg-Chelyabinsk axis. The Yekaterinburg agglomeration has a multi-beam structure: a network of highways and railway communications. Yekaterinburg is an important industrial center of the country. Project initiator: expert; the GISSH project is the first in my career, I have not been involved in business projects before; I worked and continue to work in a state budgetary healthcare institution; I have higher education. Project resources: project market resources: the medical services planned for provision are in high demand among the population of Yekaterinburg, the Sverdlovsk region, as well as neighboring regions and adjacent countries (northern Kazakhstan). Some of the planned medical services are not available in state budgetary institutions of the Sverdlovsk region (they can be provided in Moscow). Human resources: it is planned to create a team of professionals united by the idea of providing medical care according to high world standards, self-improvement, and receiving decent wages in accordance with their competencies. It is assumed that at least 1 professional retraining is required for each employee with higher medical education (doctors) and secondary medical education (nurses, paramedics), which will allow to refuse to hire a large number of employees. Logistics resources are due to the favorable location of Yekaterinburg, at the intersection of several major transport highways, the presence of financial centers, and an active business environment.
