The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This position requires a thorough understanding of auto body repair techniques, including welding, auto painting, and component fabrication. Responsibilities Perform auto body repair, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening. Utilize welding techniques to repair or replace damaged components. Paint vehicles using an airless sprayer to achieve a flawless finish. Fabricate components as needed to effectively restore vehicles. Install auto glass, ensuring proper sealing and alignment. Maintain a clean and orderly work area in accordance with safety regulations. Collaborate with co-workers to complete repairs in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Body Technician or in a similar position in a service center or dealership. Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques. Experience painting cars and using airless spray equipment. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding work. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team. Required knowledge of automotive repair tools and equipment.
