Your Role Will Include: Assisting lead caregivers with daily care routines Feeding, diapering, and supporting nap schedules Supervising and engaging children in structured and free play Creating a positive and safe environment Helping maintain a clean and organized classroom Communicating respectfully with staff, parents, and children What We're Looking For: A kind, patient, and reliable personality Experience with infants and toddlers is a plus (but not required – we train!)
