We serve protein smoothies, juices, coffee, and a variety of grab & go wellness products. We are a counter-service establishment with a loyal customer base of fitness enthusiasts, and we pride ourselves on excellent service, consistency, and good energy every day. AVAILABLE SHIFTS: Morning 7:30am – 4:00pm (Mon – Thu) (Option to pick up a weekend shift: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM) Evening 4:00pm – 11:30pm (Mon – Thu) (Option to pick up a weekend shift: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM) RESPONSIBILITIES: -Prepare and serve a variety of cold pressed juices, smoothies, other beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences (training and manual is provided) - Operate POS system (Square): take orders, process payments, and prepare menu items - Open or close the store depending on shift - Receive and track inventory deliveries + monitor inventory levels of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients and communicate with management to restock supplies as needed - Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout the shift with a checklist - Build positive relationships with our regular customers - Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally - Follow company policies and practice with procedures regarding health, safety, and cleanliness, and comply with all applicable food safety regulations QUALIFICATIONS: - English speaking & understanding ability - MUST be charismatic, kind, and have a customer-centric attitude - Be reliable and flexible & able to adapt to the needs of the business - Must live near Bensonhurst for a short, reliable commute - NYC Food Handler's License is a PLUS (if you don't have one, you will need to get one if working with us) - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States - Proactively engage with customers to promote special offers, new products, or promotions - Strong work ethics and commitment to consistent quality output COMPENSATION: - Hourly with growth increases (depending on qualifications, commitment, skills, etc.) - Opportunity for growth within the team as we expand ** We are seeking candidates who can commit at least 32 hours per week and wish to grow with us long term ** -- Uniform/Dress Code: We provide Zen Staff t-shirts, and the attire is generally black top - must wear a hat while in the prep area which we can provide. -- Training: We have a multi-shift training program.
