Experience in calculating MEP sections is especially welcome: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection. Experience working with projects in New York City is an advantage; Understanding of subcontractor buyout and bid leveling; Knowledge of CSI divisions; Experience estimating residential, commercial, and high-end renovation projects.
