Certified personal trainer, over 15 years of experience. I offer you various types of training: strength, cardio (fat burning), bodyweight training, Fit Boxing (practicing punches with boxing gloves on the pads). I also train women ONLY. My main goal is to find an individual approach, training and nutrition program so that you can easily get the desired result. All without fanaticism and strict dietary restrictions. There are 3 training options: • In the gym NY 10002, Manhattan & Brooklyn 11230 • In the park or any area with a good sports surface • At your home (COOKING A HEALTHY LUNCH) The price depends on the chosen location.
