Conditions: ▫️One address per day: no traveling around the city. Shifts are 7 to 9 hours long. ▫️All necessary cleaning products and equipment are provided on site. ▫️Schedule: Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday off. No combining with other work. ▫️Locations: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens.
Payment: ▫️$22-24/hour - for the training period. ▫️$25-$27/hour — after training (for independent work and 8-9 hour shifts, this is $200 – $240+ per day). ▫️At full capacity, I earn $950–$1,200+ per week, with weekly payments and no delays. ▫️You are paid for every hour worked, and all hours and amounts are immediately visible in your schedule.

I am looking for a responsible and efficient assistant for long-term cooperation. Responsibilities: Weekly inspection of apartments. Light cleaning of common areas (kitchen, bathroom, hallway). Maintaining cleanliness and comfort. If necessary, preparing the room for occupancy (approximately once a month).
