Residential building maintenance worker needed (part-time)
We are looking for a responsible and punctual person to work in a residential building. Duties include: - taking out the trash several times a week - general maintenance of cleanliness and order in the building Flexible Schedule: 2-3 times a week, total 5-10 hours a week Payment: $800 per month The building is located in Brooklyn. A full-time cleaner is needed to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitary standards in the office and building. Duties include cleaning office spaces, meeting rooms, hallways, stairways, restrooms, common areas, and adjacent grounds; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and removing trash. This job requires accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
