· Development and introduction into production of new types of confectionery products and expansion of the range.
· We welcome the ability to work with choux pastry, macaroni, mousse cakes.
· Compliance of manufactured products with technological standards.
· Compliance with sanitary standards and control of workshop employees.
· Drawing up technological and costing maps.
· Development of technological instructions for production.
· Identifying errors and shortcomings in the work of confectioners.
Requirements:
