Construction crew foreman

We are an investment and construction company that buys and transforms old buildings into modern, cozy spaces for rent and sale. We currently have 8-10 new projects in the works, and we are seeking a foreman to manage the renovation work: organize the team, monitor deadlines, quality, and safety, manage materials, and liaise with the office. A foreman/foreman with 2-3 years of experience is required, along with the ability to lead a team and understand the renovation stages from rough to final.
