ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Duties:

· Perform take offs.

· Create and review project submittals from the estimate package.

Undertaken projects:

· Hotel and Sports Center (CUBE) construction which includes monolithic works, excavation and grading, reinforcing and concreting of building frames (over 55,000m2).

· Competition Center (CUBE) which includes dismantling of coatings and concrete parts of building and their subsequent replacement.

· Regional Surgical Center (over 35,000m2) and Parking Zone (over 5000m2) which includes dismantling of the old building, excavation and grading, reinforcing and concreting of building frames.

Construction Supervisor

Undertaken projects:

· Global bridge reconstruction which included restoration and replacement of supporting and basic structures, full road and sidewalk areas restoration.

· 1.4km of retaining walls built on grillages with piles for carriageway consolidation with full road restoration.

· 26km of roadbed replacement, curbsides, storm trays, sidewalk areas with all adjoining road signs and illuminated trafficator.

· Managing implementation of construction plan and installation work on site in accordance with working drawings, production plan and regulatory documentations.

· Ensuring compliance with technological sequence of work.

· Performing quality control checks at various stages of construction.

· Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are being followed.

ENGINEER

Was hired as foreman and promoted to position of engineer in 2015

Undertaken projects:

· Residential complex for 159 units which included 7-floor apartment house made up by 4 sections and one 6-floor apartment house, retaining wall built on grillages with piles and territory improvement.

Duties:

· Supervised technical works and checked for compliance with scope of work specified in documentation.

· Coordinated project changes and solution of issues without reducing quality of construction.

· Analyzed causes that slowed down and worsen construction processes.

· Reported on implementation of main work plan.

· Reviewed estimates and calculations.

EDUCATION

Master's Degree in Ecology engineering from Sochi State University, Russia in 2015
