What is important: • Experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) • Understanding of document flow (COI, BOL, rate con, etc.) • Knowledge of the nuances of new companies • Ability to build relationships with brokers and drivers • Calm approach, focus on results Conditions: • Remotely • % of completed cargo • We create from scratch, without routine • Support on all issues from the owner
