Drivers with TLC licenses and cars with TLC plates are required to perform Access A Ride trips in New York. Orders are sent to the driver a day in advance on the phone in the application with prices for each trip. Trips are available 6 days from Sunday to Friday from 4 am to 1 am, mainly double trips.
