Are you passionate about cooking and love the art of brunch? Our signature café, known for its creative and delicious brunch menu, is looking for an experienced chef to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, enjoy preparing high-quality food, and take pride in presentation, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of brunch dishes, from classic favorites to innovative creations

• Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all menu items

• Work effectively in high volume, fast paced environments

• Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations

• Assistance with inventory, preparation and organization of the kitchen

• Collaborate with the team to improve our menu and customer service

Requirements:

• Experience as a cook in a cafe, brunch restaurant or similar establishment

• Passion for preparing brunch-style dishes including egg dishes, pancakes, sandwiches and signature dishes

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure during a rushed brunch period

• Clear understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations

• Team oriented with a positive attitude

• Willingness to work early morning and weekend shifts
