Foreman in industrial construction

Responsibilities:

• Tracking project progress.
• Ensure safety, health and quality standards are met.
• Coordination and management of suppliers and subcontractors.

Main goals:

• Collaborate with engineers and subcontractors to determine project needs.
• Setting project goals and deadlines.
• Construction process planning and schedule management.
• Estimating costs and ensuring budget compliance.
• Manage staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress.
• Implementation of safety and quality rules.
• Ordering the necessary equipment and organizing its regular maintenance.
• Maintaining records of materials and orders.
• Ensuring safety, cleanliness and order at the construction site.
• Solving problems and emergencies that arise at the site.

Requirements and skills:

• Previous experience as a foreman or similar position.
• Knowledge of local quality, safety and health standards for construction sites.
• Deep understanding of construction operations and processes.
• Knowledge of construction management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Possession of a driver's license (required).
