The patient is diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy/Atypical Parkinsonism. Work through CDPAP/PPL. Work schedule: 84 hours per week. Sunday: 9 am to 9 pm. Monday: 9 am to 9 pm. Tuesday: 9 am to 9 am (live-in). Wednesday: 9 pm to 9 am. Thursday: 9 pm to 9 am. Friday: 9 pm to 9 am. Saturday: Closed. Salary by check: Regular time pay: $20.65 per hour.
