An older man living in a small studio in a building in Brooklyn (Midwood) is looking for a roommate, male or female, of any age and ethnicity, to move into as soon as possible and split the rent. I can take one or two roommates or a married couple. This is a one-room studio, divided into two parts by partitions, which provides reasonable privacy. This is an inexpensive alternative to motels and hostels as it provides a cozy and quiet home environment in a safe area close to the B,Q train station. However, this is a one-room studio and NOT a separate room. Two additional sofas are available for one or two roommates. Perhaps suitable for one or two students with a busy schedule.
