The candidate must have experience working as an HHA/PCA coordinator at Homecare agency, speak fluent English and Russian, have excellent telephone, written and communication skills, the ability to communicate effectively with employees, patients and their families, be highly organized, and have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
