A stable HVAC company is seeking a full-time office assistant/project coordinator.
Key responsibilities: • Project evaluation (estimating); • Receiving and processing incoming calls and emails; • Preparing and processing Change Orders; • Ordering equipment and materials; • Maintaining documentation and interacting with clients; • Coordinating current project tasks.
Requirements: • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); • Confident PC user (email, Excel/Google Sheets, basic programs); • Technical education is an advantage; • Experience in the HVAC field is a big plus, but not required; • Responsibility, organization, communication skills.
Conditions: • Full-time; • Work in an office located in Linden, New Jersey;
