HVAC Technician
An HVAC technician is needed to perform technical tasks related to startup, maintenance and repair of systems.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnostics and repair of commercial mechanical and electrical equipment
- Preventive maintenance of various mechanical equipment
- Performing launch of new installations
Requirements:
- Knowledge of commercial mechanical and electrical systems
- Piping, controls, HVAC equipment, boilers
- Understanding and reading drawings, as well as equipment wiring diagrams.
- Ability to start or repair HVAC systems
- Conversational English
Education:
- Technical school in HVAC or related specialty
- 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC
- A valid, clean New York State driver's license
Certification:
• EPA Universal, 410A, G-60, F-60, OSHA 60 hours
• DAIKIN, CITI MULTI, LG ... etc. big plus
