RN-Tuapse Oil Refinery LLC in the Krasnodar Territory is part of the vertically integrated structure of Rosneft Oil Company PJSC. It is the only Russian refinery located on the Black Sea coast and one of the oldest, having been commissioned in 1929. In 1942, the equipment was dismantled and evacuated to the city of Krasnovodsk. Post-war restoration of the refinery began in 1948, and the first unit was commissioned in 1949. In 2024, the refinery celebrated its 95th anniversary. We offer direct export supplies of fuels and lubricants. The minimum order quantity is 200 tons. Sales geography: Russia, the CIS, and international markets.
