I rent out a room in an apartment

Room for rent, Kings Highway (Midwood), metro within walking distance (Q,B). At the moment, 2 people (girls) and an adult well-behaved cat live in the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay (dishes, robot vacuum cleaner, kettle, blender, etc.).
The room is rented only for one working girl.
In the room: closet, fold-out sofa (comfortable), air conditioner, bedside table, shelves for clothes
Payment: $900/month + $900 deposit. Bills included
