From July to October, in Pokkono, Pennsylvania, in a gated community, a summer, mobile home with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a toilet is available for rent. 24 hour security, entry by pass. A complex with a lake, equipped with two beaches for swimming, as well as a swimming pool, jacuzzi and cafeteria. For sports lovers, there is a football field, tennis courts, and a basketball court. Near the complex there is a supermarket, farms with vegetables and fruits, a grocery store, and an Emish bazaar. There is a ping pong table in the house on the veranda! For 1-3 people, the price is $100 per night for one person, $120 for two, and $150 for three. Discounts apply for stays of more than 5 days. It's located on Riverdale Avenue, in a very pleasant, green area. There's a small, beautiful park with a lake across the street. The Russian UN mission is nearby. There's a bus stop near the building. There are also express buses to Manhattan practically right outside the building – one goes along the East Side, the other along the West Side. And not far from the building (there's a special bus to and from the station) there's a commuter train station called Riverdale; commuter trains run from Grand Central to Riverdale and back several times a day. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and safe. Parking is available on the street not far from the building. I'm also considering offers to purchase this apartment. Call me at 917-500-3472.
