I'm renting a large living room with a balcony on a high floor. Everything is clean, new, and designer-designed, including a large new TV and internet included in the price. The building has a large laundromat, and I provide a card for depositing money and using the machines. Services included. First month + deposit. I'm renting to one person only, starting June 1st. The apartment is currently occupied by one person.
