RTVI US is an American media company focused on Russian-speaking audiences worldwide. We are developing a multi-platform ecosystem integrating television, digital, YouTube, and social media, creating sought-after news and entertainment content. Due to the development of our technical infrastructure and video production, we are seeking an experienced Russian-speaking specialist for the position of IT Helpdesk / IT Support Specialist, focused on supporting video production systems. Responsibilities: - Providing technical support to users: working with computer systems, software and equipment - Independently solving IT problems with minimal downtime, ensuring stable and uninterrupted operation - Installation, configuration and maintenance of equipment and software used in video production - Interacting with colleagues to identify needs and implement IT solutions that improve the efficiency of work processes - Support and maintenance of back-office equipment Requirements: - Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, software and equipment - Excellent communication skills and user focus - Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize - Experience in IT support or a related field for at least 5 years Will be an advantage: - Experience working with networks, various hardware platforms and operating systems - Experience working with bare-metal servers and virtualization - Knowledge of video production systems and equipment, as well as streaming platforms Terms: - Employment type: Full-time (W2) - Salary: $5,000-$5,400 Location: Downtown Manhattan Send your resume to [email protected]
