Our concept is new to New York City. We specialize in high-quality uramaki rolls, prepared for convenient and quick dining in a casual setting. Despite our casual format, quality is paramount. Our restaurant has a unique feature that offers significant growth opportunities—both for the project itself and for the chefs who join early on. 
 Responsibilities: 
	•	Cooking uramaki rolls and accompanying dishes 
	•	Managing inventory of fresh fish and other ingredients 
	•	Preparing ingredients with maximum efficiency 
	•	Preparing sushi rice with consistent quality and taste 
	•	Attention to detail and quality control at all stages of preparation 
	•	Compliance with nutritional standards, sanitary regulations and safety standards 
 Requirements: 
  
	•	At least 1 year of experience in Japanese cuisine 
	•	Excellent workspace organization skills at the sushi station 
	•	Ability to distribute responsibilities and monitor the execution of tasks 
 Salary depends on experience level.
