I am looking for an apartment for my mother in Brighton Beach with the ability to move in ASAP - approximately mid-June. Budget: $1500-$1800 per month.
High income, no problems with approval or status.
I'll take care of the rent and arrangements before she arrives.
There are no animals.
No higher than 3 floors or with an elevator.
