If expenses are late, obligations aren't recognized on time, and reporting figures don't provide a clear picture, the business is losing money not in the marketplace, but within its accounting and processes. I don't work as a CPA or a regular accountant. My job is to identify problem areas, show where control is being lost, and adjust operational logic.
