Looking for a job in a construction company

Good day! I am looking for a job in New York, Staten Island or Brooklyn ( prefer Bay Ridge) in construction company on any position!! I have 15 years experience in construction field in Ukraine, 5 years as estimator, 10 years as supervisor in Retale Corporation, I know I don't have excellent communication skills, but I am trying to improve my English every day, I know computer, I have organizational skills, I can solve the different tasks, now I start to study civil engineering in Cooper union, estimating and many other classes for engineers, I need someone who can give me a chance, because it's hard I don't have experience in US it's not easy to find a job without experience
