Apartment in an apartment building, perfectly located in south Bay Ridge, around the corner of 3rd Ave, with its many shops, restaurants and summer food market. Very close to the promenade with views of the Verresano bridge and parks. Excellent transport links, 5 minutes to the metro (R train), many buses. Fee $1050 + utilities, monthly refill. High speed Wi-Fi for an additional fee.
