Looking for a studio apartment in Brooklyn near the subway. Preferably Park Slope, Sunset Park, Kensington, Gravesend or Bay Ridge - closer to the city the better. Budget - $1500. I work, have papers, will be living alone, no pets, do not smoke. Renovated and the elevator building is a plus.
