Collection of rent and other real estate payments from tenants;
Dealing with property expenses, including taxes, insurance premiums and maintenance costs;
Prepare lease agreements
Knowledge of DHCR, rent stabilization, DOB, HPD, etc.;
Communication with Super regarding maintenance and repair issues.
Writing, reading and speaking fluently in English. Russian is a plus.
$25/hour to start with possible full-time work.
