An employee is needed to clean common areas in an apartment building.
We are looking for a person to clean an apartment building once every two weeks. What needs to be cleaned: - Only common areas: hallways, elevator, lobby, etc. - The building has six floors. Each floor has a hallway, approximately 20 x 5 feet in size. - On the first floor, in addition to the hallway, there is a small vestibule, 6 x 6 feet in size. - The elevator is 4 x 4 feet. - There is parking for 12 cars in the basement. - There are three glass surfaces on the entrance doors. What needs to be done: - Vacuum the first floor hallway and the elevator. - Wash the floors in the hallways on all floors, as well as in the elevator. - Wipe the glass on the entrance doors. - Inspect the parking lot and remove trash, if any. There is no need to wash or vacuum the parking lot. The building is located at the intersection of Ocean Avenue and Kings Highway in Brooklyn. Payment: Zelle or check.
